The Motivation Factor
Having trouble sticking to your fitness plan?
The two most common reasons people lose their motivation are:
- Lack of results. If you're not seeing the progress you anticipated it's very easy to get discouraged and lose interest.
- Getting bored. Doing the same old routine over and over again does not get you excited about your workout; it turns it into a chore.
If you're bored and not seeing results, the gym is the last place you want to go.
On the other hand, seeing and feeling your body get better every week tends to make you want to work harder. Learning new workout routines also keeps the gym interesting and your motivation factor elevated. As it turns out, learning (and using) new workout plans regularly is the best way to enhance your results and keep you from hitting a plateau.
At AFC you will never run out of new workouts to try or information to learn, thus keeping the gym effective and fun.
