Semi Private Training

Semi Private Training is a great way to work with a Fitness Professional toward your goals while sharing the cost with others. Small group workouts provide a high level of motivation as well.

All Training includes: Individual Fitness & Goal Assessment, Nutrition Counseling, and Regular Progress Checks.

  • Option 1 One session per week for 8 weeks (Call for Pricing)
  • Option 2 Two sessions per week for 8 weeks (Call for Pricing)
  • Option 3 Unlimited sessions for 8 weeks (Call for Pricing) (Includes a Free Gym Membership)

To insure each participant receives individual attention all programs are limited to small groups. We recommend you schedule your sessions in advance in order to reserve your place. A drop in rate of $15 per session is available if room permits.

Paid in full options are for 8 weeks.
A 10% discount is given for all monthly auto pay options.

MMA Strength & Conditioning

In this 60 minute high intensity workout you will improve your endurance, agility, and strength. Circuits will include advanced cardio, resistance, and weight training. You will learn the basic of MMA while doing the same drills as the Pros.

Lunch Crunch

During this 30 minute express workout we will train the whole body with emphasis on the abs (core). This full body workout is perfect for those with busy schedules and no time to waste.

Boot Camp

We will use body weight exercises and kickboxing in a cardio style workout. Team and partner challenges will keep motivation high and results consistent.

Total Body Conditioning

Participants will learn the fundamentals of resistance training. We will target each major muscle group with different resistance training tools including: Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettle bells, Resistance bands, Medicine balls, and Stability balls. Learn how to sculpt your muscles as you burn calories.

Kettlebells

You will learn proper techniqus to perform the foundational exercise for all kettlebell drills. Burn fat, build functional strength, improve flexibility, strenghten posterior chain muscles (glutes, hamstrings & lower back), build a strong heart and lower blood pressure.

Kickboxing

In this group workout you will learn the fundamentals of Kickboxing and self defense. Although technique will be emphasized this is an intense full body workout. Relieve stress while you punch and kick your way to a new level of fitness.

Total Body Conditioning

Participans will  learn the fundamentals of resistance training. We will target each major muscle group with different resistance training tools including Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettle Bells, Resistance Bands, Medicine Balls, and Stability Balls.
