MMA and More

Ultimate-MMA-logoWhether you want to "fight" like a fighter or just train like one we have a program for you! Learn from professional fighter Nuri Shakir or try one of our high intensity MMA Strength and conditioning programs.

   

Stress Killer

This crazy workout is designed to burn maximum negative energy (calories), build full body power, increase stamina and improve coordination. You will use every muscle in your body to perform: slams, sledge hammers, throws, sprints, and many kickboxing moves. This work out is fun and very effective.

   

Core Training for Life

Get a complete core workout with a variety of functional moves. Functional core training incorporates movements that we use in everyday life to strengthen abdominal muscles and the lower back. This work out is designed to tone your core which in turn will help work to stabilize your body.

   

Half Hour of Hell

This program is for those who love to sweat and need a challenge. Burn a maximum amount of calories while you push your body to its limits. Participants will work the whole body with compound movements pushing the cardiovascular system into overdrive.

   

Confidence Course

Train your entire body on the only indoor obstacle course in New England.

This training will teach you techniques required to improve your performance on our Confidence Course. It will improve your overall strength, stamina, coordination, balance, and speed while burning tons of calories. You will be working out on an adult playground while you get in the best shape of your life. What could be more fun than that!
