A few times a year American Fitness Center will host fitness oriented fund raisers for a variety of local charities. No membership necessary, any community member may participate in the event.

Total Body Conditioning - Wednesday 6-7am

Participants will learn the fundamentals of resistance training. We will target each major muscle group with different resistance training tools including: Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettle bells, Resistance bands, Medicine balls, and Stability balls. Learn how to sculpt your muscles as you burn calories.
